Production process in jam tile

Production process

Tile production in the jam tile production unit is done in several stages. In all these stages, the quality control department is present and monitors the production. Tile production starts from the crushing unit. At this stage, the used stones are crushed and prepared for the production process. The prepared powders transfer to the grout unit to prepare the initial dough for making the tiles.

Spray dryer unit

In the spray pressing unit, the made slurry shaped under air and pressure and is dried and solidified in a special way. In this way, the initial and raw mold of the product is prepared. But the production process is still halfway through and there is still a long way to go to reach acceptable products. After this stage, the formed tiles are placed in the unit "evaporation of moisture" or "dryer" and lose their internal moisture.

Glaze and Furnace

The glaze of tile is a type of coating that is placed on the surface of tiles. Glazes are usually in the form of coarse-grained or black-and-white powders that are mixed with water after grinding and become slurry and are placed in a thin layer on ceramic and tile bodies in various ways, and then Depending on the type of tiles, they are placed in a furnace at different temperatures and are heated.

Packing and Sorting

Ceramic tile packaging is very important, because it shows the high quality and accuracy of the manufacturer. Because tiles are delicate products that must be used with great care in the process of packing and sorting. Therefore, the quality control unit with complete standards, accurate and comprehensive monitoring of the conditions, desired number in each package of tiles, etc.
